Chef Steve hand selects only the finest “Pork Shoulder” aka “Boston Butt” and rubs that with his custom proprietary blend of spices. The Pork is then ready to enter the smoker where it will have a 10-12 hour smoke bath with a custom wood blend that will create the deepest level of flavor.  Once you try this Pulled Pork, you will understand why it is known as “Famous.”
